Faulty Goods from Duty Free Malaga
Dear Jo
I flew on an Easyjet flight from Malaga Airport on January 4th to NottinghamEast Midlands. En route I purchased costume jewellery in the Duty Freeshop. When I took the goods off the display card the earrings fell apart, can you tell me what route to take to endeavour to get these changed, Iwould prefer not to have a refund.
Kind regards

I think first thing is to call Easy Jet. I have been on the website and looked through all the FAQs. I cant find your question, so you need to go to "Still Stuck"? and fill in your details and query.
They say they should reply with x amount of days....Im still waiting for a reply since November, so I wouldnt hold your breath....but this is the only way or to call them and hold.
Sorry cant be more help. If you do get an exchange it would be lovely to hear from you so I can inform others.
Regards
Joanne

Dear Joanne
Many thanks for your reply, although I think I may have confused you. I actually purchased the goods from the Duty Free shop within Malaga Airport, not from the Easy Jet cabin crew.
Does this now help you to put me on the right tracks, the name on the carrier bag the goods were put into is Aldeasa. There is are telephone numbers on the back of their receipts, but having tried to call from the UK a recorded message is telling me the number has not been recognised, these numbers are 900 25 24 23 for Customer Service and (34) 914 367 069 if calling from outside Spain.
I have scanned the reverse side of the receipt and attached it for you to look at.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Kind Regards

Ok
Here is the link to the main Spanish Airport Website and the Aldesa Shop at Malaga Airport here
Telephone numbers are 0034 952 048 458 Fax 0034 952 048 459
If you cant get through by phone it could be worth sending a fax.
Alternatively, the main number for all spanish switch boards is 902 404 704 who could also put you through to the correct department.
Hope this helps
Regards
Joanne
