Lockers at Malaga Airport

We will be visiting Malaga and, on the day of our return flight, plan to drop our rental car at the airport and take a bus into Malaga for the day. We have a late flight home. Are there any lockers or other means of securing our luggage at the airport for the day (a Sunday), so we can go into the city unencumbered?

This is a common question.

Im afraid that there are no lockers at Malaga Airport. You may be better keeping your car and keeping the suitcases in the boot so you can go out.
