Wrong Luggage Picked Up - do you have it?????

If you have arrived at Malaga Airport and do not have your own suitcase, then the following email is sent by someone who picked up the wrong suitcase....please email in if this is you.

My auntie has just arrived on a flight from Heathrow to Malaga flight no BA 6982 name of Pamela Blake and she has picked up the wrong case. I have tried phoning BA but they are closed, I have tried ringing every number on the web site but to no avail. Please could you advise me what to do
