BOTH ELDERLEY, ONE IS ON CRUTCHES THE OTHER HAS A WALKING STICK AND CANT REALLY MANAGE LONG DISTANCES WALKING ESPECIALLY WITH SUITCASES.

CLAIRE
Hi Claire,
We are not the airport direct so cannot arrange anything.
If you have a look here at all other disability questions at Malaga Airport it may help you.
Once collecting the suitcases its not that far to the arrivals and the taxis are just outside.
Regards
Joanne

Re Travelling with a disabled passenger - reply to someone called Claire from First Choice:
I have experienced this as well. I travelled on my own with my son in a wheelchair. At passport control they left me to fend for myself and I ended up pushing the manual wheelchair, and eventually pushing the trolley with the luggage as well! Fortunately, there were many kind people who offered to help, and with their assistance I managed to get to the arrivals hall to the waiting taxi which is not too far away. Unlike most airports, they don't seem to help you all the way out of the airport.
Thanks for your reply. I should have also said that yours is an excellent website, and very helpful to many, I should think.
Presumably you also saw the reference to SIXT car hire, which had nothing to do with Disabled Passengers!
Incidentally though, I have yet to find a car hire company that does hire out Accessible vehicles But I do know a company that will collect you so that the wheelchair passenger can ride sitting in his wheelchair. I used it a lot for my son when we stayed there a couple of years ago. The driver was called Steve, and the vehicle was attached to Nightingale House, a nursing home near Fuengirola. Not sure if they still do it, but if you know, it would be interesting for others to see that posted on your site. If you ever find any adapted vehicles available for rental, that would be great, and we would be able to visit more often. My son cannot stand or walk at all, and it is now almost impossible to move him into a seat without a lot of help. At home he stays in his wheelchair as I have an adapted vehicle, with ramp access at the back.
