Malaga to Algeciras to catch a ferry

Hello Jo--
I'm looking to travel early morning from Malaga to Algeciras, hop on a ferry to Africa, and return the same day. I didn't know--would this be possible? Do you happen to know where I could find a bus schedule/fares? And same for the ferry?

Hi Jennie Here is the bus link and you can find buses either from Malaga Airport to Marbella and then you would need to change at marbella ....or you go into Malaga City and get a bus to Algeciras from there. http://www.ctsa-portillo.com/horarios.html Regarding the boats...im not too sure but if you find anything out please let me know as its a popular question.
