Help changing flights at Malaga

Hello!I want to ask you if is possible for my children to get some help on malagas airport,they are coming from sweden and have to change flight to Melilla,and they have never traveller on their own.I want some help for them from Sterlings flight when they have land and someone to get their bags and show them where the flight goes to Melilla is it possible to get some help.Teresa Chayef
