The Apartment - La Maestranza
A large (88sqm) apartment on the first floor of a small four storey building. The apartment is furnished to an extremely high level and provides ample space for a couple, two friends or a couple with small children.
Situated in a low rise complex, La Maestranza, there are three pools for residents use including a year round heated pool, a large 20m pool and a seperate childrens pool. The complex also has 24 hour security, underground parking.
The lounge is furnished with a large dining table and two sofas which convert into beds. There is also a TV which recieves the main UK channels, (BBC & ITV etc).
The bedroom has been furnished with two large single beds and has fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers. The marble tiled bathroom is also en-suite off the bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine and full cooking facilities are on offer.
There is a terrace (9 sqm) off the lounge which is perfect for relaxing sitting outside.

La Maestranza is perfectly situated, you can easily walk into Puerto Banus or you can explore the immediate area where there are over 15 restaurants (including Thai, Indian, Pizza, Spanish), two supermarkets and a French Bakers all within a 5 minute walk.
The nearest main shopping area is in Puerto Banus where desinger shops sit side by side with chain stores such as Zara and the huge department store, El Corte Ingles. Puerto Banus is a great shopping area with shops to suit all budgets.
Nightlfe can be as hectic or as quiet as you like it! The local restaurants offer good food at good prices but if it's glitz and glamour your after head into Puerto Banus where you will see huge yacths, find packed outside bars and a selection of world class restaurants and clubs.
