Marbella Nightlife

Marbella is renowned for its nightlife whether its Marbella itself or Puerto Banus. During the summer you have to go out late...really late. Its normal to book a table to eat around 10 or 11pm and then go to a club after that around 2am. Its because its so hot - you try putting on make-up and squeezing into your favourite dress when its 90degrees!

Depending on what your taste is like, Im sure there is something for you. For the younger crowd, Puerto Banus is more popular for Nightlife. The second row back from the Port is fully of bars which attract the younger crowd and also Dreamers Night Club in Puerto Banus which is next to Thai Gallery opposite El Corte Ingles (across the N340).

In Marbella Town there are a number of bars...we went to quite a nice bar called Bamboo. There are also a number of bars open late on the actual Marbella Port.

One of our favourite nights out is Puente Romano Hotel - Suite. We went a couple of times this year. You dont normally have to pay to get in. You could also get the best table near the dance floor by having dinner there beforehand. Suite has a Morocan Theme to it. It can be very dressy or you could wear jean. Suite is at Puente Romano Hotel on the main road into Marbella

Then there is Olivia Valeres which is a fabulous club full of bling....you could wear anything and it wont be over the top. Website for Olivia Valere. Olivia Valere does have charge to enter which normally includes 1 drink. Prices of drinks are quite expensive around 15 to 25euros per drink. There is also a restaurant Babylonia in the club to get you in the mood.

In the Summer Months, the Marbella Beach Clubs like Nikki Beach often hold events during the evening. The Ocean Club in Puerto Banus and Puro Beach in Laguna Village will all have some kind of entertainment in the evenings.
