The only Casino in Puerto Banus is the Casino in Andalucia Plaza Hotel, Puerto Banus. If you stay at the Hotel then Entrance to the Casino is free.
At the Puerto Banus Casino, there are a number of different games including American Roulette, French Roulette, Caribbean Poker and Black Jack . There is also a room full of slot machines which is free to enter.
The last time we went to go to the casino, I didnt actually make it, as we got as far as the slot machines, which I love so much, I ended up spending hours in there and then broke the heel on my shoe, so I had to go home and I didnt get to play my favourite...Roulette!
Gambling is a funny thing here in Spain. Its not very clear what is legal and whats not with regards to Bookmakers etc, but the locals do love their slot machines. If you pass by any small "Spanish Bar" even 10am in the morning, you will see people playing them. It has become a big thing. There is even a magazine called "The Smart Gambler" which is distributed around the Costa Del Sol, full of information and tips and always with the "Marbella Kid" Paul Zimmbler.
Puerto Banus Casino Opening Hours & Entrance
The Casino at Andalucian Plaza is open every day from 8pm to 5am. If you just want to go to the Slot Machines, then this is open from 12pm noon.
If you are staying at the Andalucia Plaza Hotel, then Entrance to "Marbella Casino" is free. If not then the is a small charge. Often you can pick up free entrance cards at certain places / restaurants so keep your eye out.
Do take your passport for identification. Also, no jeans or trainers. Pretty much the same as the UK.
Directions to Puerto Banus Casino
The Andalucia Plaza Hotel is on the N340, which is the main coast road. If driving from the Direction of Malaga, continue on the N340, go passed the Large El Corte Ingles, Puerto Banus which will be on your left. Then continue passed the next exit where there is a Barclays Bank. Just after this exit there is a small slip road to the Hotel. At night its it up really well so hard to miss.
